Recently, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province officially announced the list of certified Digital Workshops for 2025. Hengjiu’s High-Precision Chain Digital Workshop has been successfully selected as a Provincial-Level Digital Workshop and has also been classified as a Foundation-Level Smart Factory.
Since its establishment, the Hengjiu High-Precision Chain Digital Workshop has focused on the entire chain manufacturing process, building a comprehensive digital management system that integrates production management, equipment monitoring, and quality traceability. By implementing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), the workshop enables real-time collection and analysis of production data, providing better transparency and more responsive process control.
Key production stages are supported by automated equipment with networked collaboration, helping to significantly reduce manual intervention and minimize operational errors. In parallel, a full-process quality traceability system has been established to ensure that product performance remains stable and controllable throughout the manufacturing cycle. These digital initiatives have effectively improved production efficiency, shortened lead times, and laid a solid foundation for consistent quality improvement.
This provincial recognition represents a strong endorsement of Hengjiu’s ongoing commitment to digital transformation.
